Need a break from caregiving or just need socialization and fun yourself? Or how about a place to go for rehab after a surgery? This home like setting offers spacious private rooms or double suites with 3 home cooked meals per day and healthy snacks throughout!
An hourly based drop in center offering an individualized plan to meet the needs of each participant. Participants attend on a scheduled basis, services may include the following:..
- Social interaction and companionship
- Therapeutic and cognitively stimulating group and individual activities
- Daily exercise
- Meals and snacks
- Transportation
- Personal care management
- Medication management
- Physical, occupational and speech therapies
- Bathing service
In addition our Home Health Agency can do:
-Grocery Shopping
-Errands
-Housekeeping & so much more in your home!
Each individual member will be provided with the opportunity to have a private Facebook group to be shared with whomever you choose. We have found this is a unique way to keep family/friends up to date on the care of their loved one, as well as a way to communicate and socialize.
